CASE
HISTORY
/ CLINIC:
44 years old patient with a known case of malignant melanoma. Severe headache.
FINDINGS:
CCT after contrast administration.
Multiple
hyperdense contrast-enhancing mass
lesions in the frontal lobes and in the left cerebellar hemisphere. Hypodense
areas around mass lesions.
DIAGNOSIS:
Multiple
brain metastases in known case of malignant melanoma with perifocal
edemas.
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Inflammatory
processes.
