CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
54 year old patient with headache that has been increasing in intensity over the years.



FINDINGS:
CCT before (above) and after (below) contrast administration. Initially isodense, and later clearly homogeneous contrast-enhancing parietal
mass lesion on th left. Compressed left lateral ventricle. Negligible midline shift.


DIAGNOSIS:
Left-sided parietal meningeoma. Compressed left ventricle.


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Other extra-axial tumors.
