/ CLINIC:

years old patient with diagnosed bronchial carcinoma comes
for follow-up
care. So
far, CCT was without pathological findings.
FINDINGS:
CCT
after contrast admistration.
New incidence of hyperdense contrast-enhancing focus
in the right frontal lobe - not detectable in plain CCT. A second tiny
focus in the upper part of the right parietal lobe.
DIAGNOSIS:
Strong suspicion of cerebral
metastases of the diagnosed bronchial
carcinoma
