ANAMNESIS
/ SYMPTOMS:
The patient reports about a soft tumour in the left lateral cervical region that
occurred some years ago and showed a low growth rate.
FINDINGS:
Lying
on the sternocleidomastoid
muscle and the trapezius
muscle a plumous,
hypoechoic and regularly echoic structure is visible that is located subcutaneous
and has an extent of approximately 5 x 2 cm.
DIAGNOSIS:
Lipoma in
the left lateral cervical region
