CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient with globus sensation. Had undergone strumectomy 5 years ago. No pathogical findings in the mirror examination.


FINDINGS:
Demonstration of a small left paramedian mass that prominently enhances in the CT scan of the mouth floor.
The submandibular gland appears normal on both sides.


DIAGNOSIS:
Lingual goiter
