CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient with incresing swelling in the neck and in the floor of the mouth. Swelling
is not dolorous. Foreign body sensation on swallowing.
FINDINGS:
Demonstration
of a well
defined hyperintense median mass in the T2 image of the floor of the
mouth. The submandibular
gland appears normal on both sides.
DIAGNOSIS:
Median
neck cyst.
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Seroma.
