CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient
who had undergone primary radiochemotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma in
the right oropharynx.
FINDINGS:
The
entire floor of the mouth appears as a contrast-enhancing
mass in the post-contrast CT scan of the oral cavity. The actual lumen
of the hypopharynx is not circumscribable.
DIAGNOSIS:
Relapse
of squamous cell carcinoma.
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Primary squamous
cell carcinoma.
