CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient who had undergone primary radiochemotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma
in the right oropharynx.
FINDINGS:
Demonstration
of a contrast-enhancing
mass lesion on the right side of the mouth floor. A dissection had been
done on the right side.
DIAGNOSIS:
Relapse
of squamous cell carcinoma.
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Primary squamous
cell carcinoma.
