CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
47-year-old patient with moblie, painless preauricular swelling in the left parotid
gland.
No
pains, the
facial nerve is not affected.
FINDINGS:
The
post-contrast CT image reveals a
relatively homogeneous, slightly contrast-enhancing mass in the whole
left parotid gland. Normal appearance of the right
parotid gland.
DIAGNOSIS:
Lymphoma
of the parotid gland.
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Sialadenitis
