CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
47-year-old patient with severe hoarseness, weight loss lately and general feeing of malaise.



FINDINGS:
In the CT image at the level of the larynx after contrast administration the whole larynx appears contrast-enhancing, the lumen is not narrowed and the larynx shows no signs of displacement.
In the sagittal reconstruction image after contrast administration (right) all the laryngeal structures appear inflamed and contrast enhancing, the lumen is however, not narrowed.



DIAGNOSIS:
Laryngeal tuberculosis
