CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
61-year-old female with pains in the left leg and urinary disorders five days
after undergoing hysterectomy.
FINDINGS:
The phlebographs
show a
filling defect in the left popliteal vein and in the left femoral vein.
Vessel
truncation in the vicinity of the popliteal vein.
DIAGNOSIS:
Deep
venous thrombosis in the lower limb (3-level-thrombosis)
