CASE HISTORY: 44-year-old female patient with known case of malignant melanoma. Patient presents with severe headache. FINDINGS:
Multiple hyperdense contrast-enhancing mass lesions in the frontal lobes and in the left cerebellar hemisphere. Hypodense area around masses. DIAGNOSIS: Multiple brain metastases in known case of malignant melanoma. Perifocal edemas.
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS: Brain tumors (glioblastoma)
