CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
54-year-old patient with a history of cardiac insufficiency.
FINDINGS:
Closed
pleural drainage (Bülau's method), broad homogenous
hypodensity in the abdominal cavity, right-sided
broad homogenous hypodensity in the costodiaphragmatic recess, hyperdense
consolidation of basal lung parenchyma on both sides, stomach with stomach
tube in the esophagus.
DIAGNOSIS:
Pleural
effusion and fluid
collection.
Dystelectasis
of both inferior lobes.
