ANAMNESIS
/ SYMPTOMS:
The patient complains about a three days before acutely occured and very painful
swelling in the right cervical region. Since one day he can not ingest fluids
any more. The swelling is very tender, he has no fever.
FINDINGS:
In
the right cervical region shows an anechoic tumour consisting
of two parts medial
to internal
and external carotid arteries and jugular vein and to the sternocleidomastoid
muscle. One part of the tumour is located outside
the larynx, the other one is intralaryngeal.
DIAGNOSIS:
Intra- and extralaryngeal cervical
cyst
