CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient with severely hindered nasal breathing, that has become progressive for
4 weeks. Weight loss, night sweat
and loss of appetite for two weeks.
FINDINGS:
The post-contrast axial CT image reveals a nasopharyngeal occlusion and a homogeneous
hypodense mass in the whole nasopharynx.
DIAGNOSIS:
Nasopharyngeal lymphoma.
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Lymphatic hyperplasia
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma
