CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient with instantaneous dizziness and subjective feeling of deafness in the right ear after falling from bicycle. Lateralization to the left in weber's test, Rinne's test can not be performed on the right, lateralization to the left, Rinne's test is positive on the right.
Normal findings of ear microscopy .


FINDINGS:
A sharp transversal line runs across the right inner ear, medially to the semicircular canals indicating a longitudinal fracture.


DIAGNOSIS:
Transversal fracture
