HISTORY / CLINIC:
32-year-old female patient with 39°C of fever.
FINDINGS:
Visualization of the trachea,
a tubus and
a central
venous catheter. Left and right parahilar/paracardiac
shadow with positive
bronchopneumogramm.
DIAGNOSIS:
Pneumonic
infiltrates in lower lobes of both lungs.
