INFO/WWW-LINKS: About 60% of pancreatic tumors involve the head of the pancreas, 15% the tail and 25% the ampulla. Clinical features are dyspepsia, cachexia, fever, jaundice in case of billary duct obstruction and pancreatitis caused by pancreatic duct obstruction.

D: Carcinoma of the pancreas resulting pancreatic duct obstruction and a liver metastasis and thrombosis of the mesenteric vein
