54-year-old female with diagnosed cervical astrozytoma (image not shown).


FINDINGS:
The axial and sagittal T2-w show a long homogeneous fluid signal in the mid thoracic spinal cord.
Point of notice: Liquor flow artifacts.


DIAGNOSIS:
Syringohydromyelia.
