CASE HISTORY/CLINIC:
34-year-old female with neurogenic bladder dysfunction.



FINDINGS:
Fixed Filum terminale and conus position at the L4 level.
Secondary finding: small signal reduction in the T2-sequence (left) of the L3/4 and L4/5 disks.


DIAGNOSIS:
Tethered cord and low position of the cord conus. Low fluid content of the intervertebral disks
of L3/4 and L4/5 as side finding.
