CASE HISTORY/CLINIC:
47-year-old adipose female with pains in the left leg.


FINDINGS:
The sagital T2-w (above) und T1-w (below) show a well-circumscribed homogeneous structure with signal isodense to CSF along the spinal Wurzeltasche S2.
Discrete protrusion of the intervertebral discs into the spinal canal at the level of T12/L1, L1/L2 and L3/4 to L5/S1.


DIAGNOSIS:
Disk protrusion at many levels.
Side finding: Perineural cyst.
