CASE
HISTORY/CLINIC:
71-year-old
patient with walking/gait abnormality for more than 3 months now.
FINDINGS:
The T2 and FLAIR images show spotted bifrontal hyperintense
areas in the medullary layer that do not enhance.
The regions are hypointense
without contrast enhancement on T1.
DIAGNOSIS:
Signs of chronic
cerebrovascular insufficiency.
