CASE HISTORY/CLINIC:
47-year-old adipose female with back pain.

FINDINGS:
The sagittal T1-w and T2-w fat-saturated images show well-circumscribed homogeneous structures isodense to CSF along many spinal root canals in the Neuroforamina. Structures not enhance in the postcontrast T1. Typically there is a discrete, well-circumscribed enlargement of the root canals.


DIAGNOSIS:
Perineural cysts
Sise finding: Flow artifact.
