CASE
HISTORY/CLINIC:
40-year-old patient with chronic recurring headache.
FINDINGS:
Non-contrast CCT : spheroid hyperdense mass
lesion in the posterior portion of the third ventricle. Enlarged
lateral ventricles.
DIAGNOSIS:
Colloid
cyst, as well as hydrocephalus
internus resulting
from a circulatory disturbance liquor.
