CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
64 years old patient with hemiplegia on the right side.



FINDINGS:
Plain CCT (i.e. without contrast administration).
Hypodense appearance of the dorsal supply area of the left arteria cerebri media. Blurred outline of the Rindenmarkgrenze links.


DIAGNOSIS:
Subacute partial infarction of the left middle cerebral artery (12-48h).
