FINDINGS:
Thickened wall of small bowel loops with narrow lumen and inflammatory changes.Contrast enhancement and edema of the adjacent mesenteric fatty tissue.


DIAGNOSIS:
Volvolus of the small intestine in the right lower abdomen.
