Abdominal
CT scan after rectal filling with water (negative contrast mediuml) and i.v.
application of contrast medium.
Broad-based sessile
mass lesion or filling defect in the rectum.
DIAGNOSIS:
Rectal
carcinoma
DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Rectal
adenoma.
