CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
53-year-old female; condition after a heart catheter examination via the left femoral artery.


FINDINGS:
Left-sided parailiacal mass lesion of soft tissue density and contrast enhancement, deviation of the uterus to the right. Filling defect in the left common iliac vein.


DIAGNOSIS:
Deep venous thrombosis in the left common iliac vein resulting from bleeding after a heart catheter examination
