ANAMNESIS
/ SYMPTOMS:
A
patient shows a spherical and coarse swelling of the floor of the mouth that
occured some months ago.
FINDINGS:
Almost
subcutaneously located shows between the anterior parts of the digastric
muscles a hypoechoic
structure with
highly echo-reflecting shares in its centre and an extent of 5 x 4 mm.
The mylohyoid
muscle, the geniohyoid
muscle and the genioglossus
muscle show
regular findings. The displayed parts of the sublingual
gland and the tongue also
show no pathological findings.
DIAGNOSIS:
A lymphatic node with hilar structures in terms of a lymphadenitis is displayed.
The finding is located medially in the oral diaphragm.
