CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
56-year-old patient with a palpable painless mass in the palate.



FINDINGS:
The soft-tissue scan (upper picture) demonstrates a contrast-enhancing mass in the upper jaw and in the palate.
The multiple bony segmentation is visualized in the bony window scan (lower picture).



DIAGNOSIS:
Pleomorphic adenoma in the palate.


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma
