CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
56-year-old patient with palpable mass in the upper jaw and basal cell nevus
with noticeable skin changes.
FINDINGS:
The
bony window scan (upper picture) demonstrates cystic
masses on both sides of the upper jaw.
These masses appear partially
hyperdense and partially hypodense in the soft-tissue window (lower picture)
DIAGNOSIS:
Gorlin-Goltz-syndrome
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Cysts
of different origin.
