CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
46-year-old patient having pains in the upper left jaw when chewing.


FINDINGS:
A well circumscribed left-sided ground-glass-like consolidation is demonstrated in the bony window scan of the lower jaw.


DIAGNOSIS:
Ossifying fibroma


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
fibrous dysplasia, cementofibroma
