CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
43-year-old female with painless swelling of both lower jaws. Chubby cheeks.



FINDINGS:
Both angles of the lower jaw appear multicystically swollen in the axial CT scan at bony window (upper picture).
The sagittal reformation (lower picture) depicts the extension of the multicystic swelling of a lower jaw cyst even better.



DIAGNOSIS:
Cherubism


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Cysts of different origin.
