CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
35-year-old female with nasal obstruction. The left side of the nose is conspicuously
large.
FINDINGS:
The
bony window CT scan demonstrates a mass in
the left nasal cavity (to a lesser extent in the right nasal cavity), in
the soft-tissues of the bridge of the nose and left lower eyelid . The mass
lesion has eroded the nasal
bone and parts of the septum. The mass is relatively homogeneous.
DIAGNOSIS:
Main
nasal cavity
DIFFERENTIAL
DIAGNOSIS:
Melanoma,
squamous
cell carcinoma.
