CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
61-year-old patient with a Billroth's gastrectomy II of a gastric carcinoma. Renewed weight loss after four years.


FINDINGS:
The following structures can be seen: esophagus, afferent loop, efferent loop.
Conspicuous filling defect at the lesser curvature of the stomach.


DIAGNOSIS:
Relapse of a gastric carcinoma in the lesser curvature or anastomosis.
