57-year-old patient with difficulty in swallowing.
FINDINGS:
Contrast
medium retention in the posterior esophageal wall, above the upper esophageal
sphincter after oral application of contrast medium.
Only one side of the cervical
spine is shown.
DIAGNOSIS:
Zenker's
