44-year-old patient with difficulty in swallowing.


FINDINGS:
Filiform narrowing of the distal esophagus. Esophagus has a smooth mucosal outline and shows prestenotic dilatation .
Kontrast-air-level in the distal esophagus.


DIAGNOSIS:
Achalasia
