CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
Patient with rectal bleeding.


FINDINGS:
Multiple contrast-filled protrusins in the intestinal wall of the sigmoid colon. Broad base mass lesion/filling defect of the rectum.


DIAGNOSIS:
Rectal carcinoma


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Rectal adenoma
