CASE HISTORY / CLINIC:
39-year-old patient with rectal bleeding.


FINDINGS:
The images after contrast administration in the colon show two filling defects in the descending colon and one filling defect in the sigmoid colon.


DIAGNOSIS:
Two colon polyps with pedicle in the descending colon. A solitary sessile polyp with a broad base in the sigmoid colon.
Suspicion of adenoma.


DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Colon carcinoma
