CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
47-year-old female with known case of ovarian carcinoma.
FINDINGS:
Abdominal CT scan after oral, rectal and i.v. application of contrast material: Enhancing not
well-defined, inhomogenous intraabdominal
mass of soft fissue density, extending from the greater omentum. A lot
of free
air.
DIAGNOSIS:
Omental cake i.e metastasized
greater omentum in a known case of bekanntem ovarian
carcinoma. Ascites.
