CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
45-year-old patient with abdominal disorders.
FINDINGS:
Multiple enlarged retroperitoneal lymph
nodes and conglomerate lymph nodes causing a ventral shift of the aorta and the
inferior vena cava. Hypodense
roundish structure adhering to the left kidney.
DIAGNOSIS:
Lymphoma (Bulky
disease). Left renal
cyst.
