CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
27-year-old patient involved a traffic accident. Hematuria and low Hb.
FINDINGS:
Abdominal CT scan: retroperitoneal
mass, enhanced
left kidney with parenchymal
lesion, contrast
medum lines running retroperitonealy
into the mass lesion. Left-sided retroperitoneal non-enhancing
renal arteries.
Non-enhancing lower renal pole in the retroperitoneal mass lesion.
DIAGNOSIS:
Rupture
of the kidney.
