Post-traumatic craniocerebral injury
Findings :
Multiple
cranial vault (skull cap) fractures.
Subarachnoid
hyperdense mass. Subdural hyperdense
mass also seen. Evidence of subgaleal hematoma.
In addition, intracerebral
air.
Flattened
gyri and sulci due to tumor mass
DIAGNOSIS:
Open craniocerebral injury with multiple skull
fractures, subarachnoid
hemorrhage, subdural
hemorrhage, galeal
hematoma, intracerebral
air and cerebral
edema.
