CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
53-year-old patient with abdominal pains and pains in the left leg.
FINDINGS:
The angiography of the leg (DSA) shows a filling
defect in the bifurcation of the left
superficial femoral artery and of the left
deep femoral artery.
A collateral circulation doesn't exist yet.
DIAGNOSIS:
Acute
embolism in the left leg.
