39-year-old patient with 40°C of fever.


FINDINGS:
Homogeneous pleural fluid collection on the left dorsal side with rim enhancement. Right dorsobasal shadow .


DIAGNOSIS:
Pleural empyema on the left.
Dystelectasis of the right inferior lobe.
